The free security score is always free. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial with no card required, so you can see the service working on your real setup before paying anything.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the month already paid. We do not refund partial months, and you are not charged again after cancelling.
Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of the first payment, we refund the full amount.
After 30 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year. If you reduce your user count during the year, the difference is applied as credit at renewal.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice, charged for users you removed before the billing date, or charged after cancelling, we refund the difference in full.
Service problems
If a major outage on our side stops protection for more than 24 hours in a billing period, you can request a credit for the affected days.
How to request a refund
Send a request through the Watchtower contact page with your company name and account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
